BuiltMoore Construction & Design partners with Passport 2 Apprenticeship (P2A) to connect individuals with structured training, registered apprenticeship pathways, hands-on work experience, and opportunities for long-term career development.
Through this partnership, P2A provides apprenticeship sponsorship, program guidance, participant support, and workforce-development services, while BuiltMoore provides employer-connected training and worksite opportunities across construction and the skilled trades.
Together, BuiltMoore and P2A help individuals move from education and preparation into practical experience, industry credentials, and sustainable careers.

BuiltMoore’s partnership with Passport 2 Apprenticeship extends beyond helping individuals enter the workforce. Through P2A’s Workplace Warriors™ training and participant-support services, individuals strengthen the professional and life skills needed to succeed both on and off the job.
Training may include communication, accountability, teamwork, financial awareness, problem-solving, workplace conduct, relationship-building, and career planning. BuiltMoore reinforces these skills through real-world employer expectations, supervised workplace experience, and exposure to the construction and skilled-trades industries.

Through its partnership with Passport 2 Apprenticeship, BuiltMoore helps participants enter the workplace with a network of guidance and support. P2A provides structured program assistance, career navigation, mentorship, and resources designed to help individuals remain focused as they progress through training and apprenticeship.
BuiltMoore complements that support through workplace supervision, hands-on learning, coaching, and direct exposure to employer expectations. Participants also benefit from learning alongside peers who understand the challenges and responsibilities of building a new career.
